Is it fine for me to consume your nutrition products when pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend that you speak to your physician as there’s naturally occurring caffeine in each serve.

What is the recommended number of Green Tea X50 cans, RTDs or sachets can I consume in a day?

Because Green Tea X50 has about the same amount of caffeine as half to a full cup of coffee, 2 serves per day is our recommendation. This is according to FSANZ, who determine more than 250mg of caffeine per day to be an overdose.

What variety of non-dairy creamer do we use in our chocolate, iced coffee and mocha beverages?

The non-dairy creamer we use in our beverages is a milk protein derivative from casein which doesn’t contain lactose. As it’s a derivative of milk there are some individuals and organisations that still classify these products as dairy, such as vegans or the lactose intolerant.
